SentenceLoop provides a free, client-side web application designed to help users study foreign languages through video playback and subtitle repetition. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Permitted Use and Content Rights

SentenceLoop operates strictly as a local media player interface. The service does not host, store, index, or distribute any commercial movies, television shows, or third-party subtitle archives. You are solely responsible for all video and subtitle files that you load into the application. You agree to load only media content and subtitle assets that you own, have created, or hold valid legal rights and licenses to use for personal learning.

Third-Party Licenses

Certain sample resources and reference materials incorporated into or streamed by SentenceLoop originate from external sources under open licenses:

• The demonstration video Sintel is copyrighted by the Blender Foundation and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license, streamed directly from Wikimedia Commons.
• The built-in English-Chinese dictionary data is derived from the open-source ECDICT project, published under the MIT license.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty

SentenceLoop is offered free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or subtitle parsing compatibility across all video encodings. Because your study progress and vocabulary items are stored solely on your local device, we bear no responsibility for lost data.
